Please read these Terms carefully before using HanoIT's marketplace or purchasing any digital products. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HanoIT's website, marketplace, or any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Description of Services
HanoIT LLC provides a digital marketplace for GIS software products, data subscriptions, and professional consulting services. Products may be offered on a one-time purchase or recurring subscription basis. HanoIT reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time.
3. Account Registration
To purchase products or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@hanoit.com.
4. Licence Grant and Restrictions
Upon purchase, HanoIT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased digital product solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the licence limits specified at purchase. You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the product beyond your purchased licence count; reverse engineer or decompile the software; or remove any proprietary notices.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually as selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for defective products that we cannot remedy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to use our products in a manner that infringes any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on our platform are the property of HanoIT LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of our services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. HanoIT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HanoIT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

What is HanoIT's refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We may offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the product has a critical defect that we are unable to remedy. To request a refund, contact admin@hanoit.com with your order details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the product until that date, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
